-Registration for one shooter
-By purchasing this spot you acknowledge that you have read all the rules of the Apex Archer event and consent to participating in the event (rules and special information are below)
AWARDS will be right after the last group finishes (Approximately 11:30 AM MST
RULES & INFORMATION:
-Only 50 spots available
-Must arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled shooting time
-If you are not at registration 15 minutes before your scheduled time you will forfeit
-Smoker Round Type Event (there will be really tough shots)
-You must hit each target to move on to the next target
-Once you miss a target you scoring stops (You are welcome to continue shooting, but will not receive a score)
-Furthest shot will be approximately 100 yards
EQUIPMENT RULES:
-There will be no separate classes
-The only equipment restriction is no archer can use a scoped/magnified archery site
-No Crossbows
-RANGEFINDER ARE ALLOWED
DETERMINING THE WINNER:
-Archer who goes the furthest without missing a target wins
-If there are multiple archers who tie going the furthest the winner will be determined by score (Example: 2 archers each make it through all 10 targets without missing a target the archer with the higher score will be 1st and the lower of the two will be 2nd) This type of scoring will continue through the top 25 archers
-In the occurrence of a tie we will have a one shot closest to center shot at the registration area
-There will be one non archer score keeper in each group tallying scores for every archer
HOW TO SCORE
-See the Lynx Image for scoring (if your arrow STICKS in any part of the target you will receive a score of a 5)
-Arrow can not ricochet off ground and stick in target
-If your arrow touches the line you will receive the higher score
